Quick service

Our internet cable was behind where the plumber had to put the water heater, which was not the original place, because it was bigger. The cable accidentally came unplugged, we didnt realize until the cable guy came out a few days later.

Very professional and knowledgable. Took extra care of keeping every thing clean. Would highly recommend.

Me Robert Holtien was courteous and professional, and performed quality work. I should have asked for one, but the statement was not itemized ( parts and labor were lumped together into one charge ). Not a big deal.

Service was very prompt. The man that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The plumber that came to our house was polite and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and he was very informative. He repaired our leaking bathtub faucet in a timely manner.

They were pros. The office kept me informed and called after the repair she call to see if every thing was ok. The service man was quick and cleaned up after him self. Like he was never hear.

I hired them primarily to fix a kitchen faucet leak. Secondarily to look at a jammed garbage disposal. Nearly $500 later I have a nice new garbage disposal and a still leaking kitchen faucet. While I am quite satisfied with their work on the disposal, they never even addressed the primary reason for my call. I still have a leaking kitchen faucet and no explanation as to why they didn t fix my primary issue.
