My piano hadn't been tuned in 15+ years. Patrick did an excellent job. My piano sounds wonderful now. He was so nice and personable. Would definitely recommend him to others and will use him again when it is time to tune my piano. He will even send me a reminder when it is tuning time.

He did an excellent job, very professional in all aspects. He tunes by ear, not instrument. He's well trained. He also examined the felts and other elements to see if repairs were needed. I expect to call him again in the future.

It took just how much time he said it would and the piano sounds awesome now. I recommend him highly.

Mr. Greene worked diligently and longer than scheduled to get the keys pitched and in tune. As most pianos that have not been tuned in a long time, he will be coming back the check the tuning as I expected would be necessary. I am very pleased.

Overall it went fine. I've never had a piano tuned so I didn't know what to expect. Well, a string broke, which is fine. It only cost me an additional $15, which I thought was more than reasonable. The issue I had was with communication and showing up. A couple of times we sat at home waiting for him to arrive, and when he didn't, I had to be the one to reach out to him to find out why and to reschedule. I recommend getting his cell phone number and texting him the morning of the service.

Mr. Greene was punctual, professional yet friendly. He tuned the piano, brought it up to pitch and fixed a pedal. Everyone that has played it so far is thrilled with the "new" sound. Even some of the residents commented on the beautiful sound!! His price was very reasonable also. I will hire him again!

Mr. Greene arrived promptly at the time he said he would come. Considering the amount of time spent on the tuning, the price was very reasonable.

Mr. Greene spent over 2 hours on our old tinny piano, manually adjusting over 200 strings. I still can't play, but my bad playing sounds worlds better than it did before. He was punctual, professional, polite, and left the worksite clean. We will make this an annual event with Mr. Greene.

Great! We were not using the piano since the sound was awful. We contacted Greene's Piano Service, and scheduled a mutually convenient time to have the tuning done. It took about an hour for tuning to be complete. The piano sounds much better, and as a result, it now gets played. Recommended.

GREAT! He called ahead to confirm and was on time. My piano had not been tuned for nearly 10 years so it was quite off-key. Mr Greene was an expert and cheerful. He also took the time to tell me about my piano. He answered every question. The tuning took about 2 hours (I am sure because it was so off key). The cost was $80-- which was more than reasonable. I asked if there would be an extra charge due to the extra time needed, but he cheerfully said that he charges the same whether a big or small job. I cannot recommend Greene's piano service highly enough. Excellent work. Excellent person. Call him and you won't be disappointed!

Called him - left message which was returned that day. Scheduled an appointment for a few days in the future (which was perfect for me). He showed up when he said he would, did a great job with the tuning and was friendly and fun to have around. One could not ask for a better interaction and service.
