Recently, I added some outdoor lighting (Wolfenbarger Ln) and found the outdoor power outlet wasn't functioning. I reached out to Hero Services and they were prompt and professional. We set up a time and the electrician (Adrian), called a few minutes early and showed up on time. He worked on the issues, found some additional sloppy work from an earlier Home owner and straightened everything up and made it safe, clean, and fully functional. While Adrian was there, I asked about adding some down lighting for my garage eves. Adrian offered great advice, went with me to Lowe's to choose the correct equipment, and then came back to start the second project. He set up the lighting, wired everything to a new outlet, set up a timer, and wouldn't leave until I felt everything was perfect. Later that night he texted to see if my wife liked the work. I added a picture to show the work added both security with better lighting, and enhanced the house at night. Hero Services and Adrian are professional, talented, and trustworthy. It felt like working with an electrician from the old days (no nonsense, great work). I highly recommend Hero Services! There is a reason they have 5 stars. Thanks Hero Services.

Chris from Hero Services was terrific! His team replaced all the switches and receptacles throughout my home, installed dimmer switches, and LED lighting in my kitchen and hallways. The results are amazing, and Chris was super easy to work with, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely call on him for future jobs. Highly recommended!!

They came out and looked the job over they were not the cheapest quote I received but they included more things that would be preformed in there quote. All of the lighting installed around the front of my house was on point . It looked better than I had Envisioned it would look so needless to say I am a very satisfied customer !!

My experience with hero services went very smoothly. Adrian came out and installed a USB outlet easily. the work was done within a couple hours and he was very courteous! Would definitely recommend!

I called Hero Services after I received a letter from my Homeowners Insurance company informing me a few minor electrical updates in my garage needed to be addressed or they would cancel my policy. Made the initial phone call at 9 am, Chris came over at noon that day. He was familiar with what needed to be done, on time and very polite. He was back at 5 that same afternoon with the materials he needed and finished the job by 6:30. The price was very reasonable and within 9 hours from my initial call I had pictures of before & after work along with his invoice emailed off to my insurance company. I would recommend Hero Service for fast, reasonably priced & professional service!

Chris came over to fix what I thought was a lose connection in my track lighting but was actually a small electrical fire which had been burning inside the metal box of my ballast for 4 days! He also completely replaced my circuit breaker (which should have turned the power off to the over-heated ballast) all in one day working through lunch and without breaks to be sure my kids and I could sleep at home that night without any risk. He even found where the main circuit in my overloaded circuit breaker was burning through and also ready to cause a fire. I have never written a review before for electrical services but this was the best experience I'd ever had with an electrician. Thank you Chris!
