Great customer service. After having our kitchen remodeled we found when the sink was replaced out dishwasher no longer worked. We called Mike and he and his son came out. They knew immediately what the problem was. They cleared the disabled drain and waterline. They removed our old disposal and installed new strainers and drain kit. Checked for any leaks and proper drainage. Very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them. I rarely give 5 star reviews but they deserve it!

Mike was excellent! He went above and beyond with our repair. Definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

This review will end up being a 2 part review. First, East TN. Plumbing Solutions/Mike, came out on the same day I called, yippee! Once here Mike reviewed the problem n it turned out NOT to be a leak at the main water line but a faulty faucet next to the main water line that developed a small ongoing drip! He did a close inspection and dug around until he was positive of the source. Because of his and the companies experience and dedication they choose not to gouge the homeowners but to help because they know it could be them on the other side. I was extremely grateful for his help and scheduled another project for them next week to remove the existing connections and install a full house water filtration system upstairs. I have FULL CONFIDENCE in their expertise and pricing. YES, they deserve a 5-star rating and I know you'd be just as happy with the results n' treatment they'll provide you as well.

Spoke with Mike the owner in the morning about issue, Drew came out same day and used snake to unclog drain. Very efficient and courteous, reasonable price for 2 hours of work. Very conscious about keeping everything clean as he used snake to clean drain. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank you so much for your help fixing problem.

Mike and his team were AMAZING! My water heater just completely crapped out, and the next day I had a new one installed by East Tennessee Plumbing Solutions. They were very professional and FAST! From the time they arrived at my house, gave me an estimate, to the time that they were done was only 2.5 hours! Anything plumbing wise I need done, I will for sure call these guys!

Hired them for a small job. The final cost of the job was the same as the estimate. Cleaned up after himself and didn't mind explaining the process as he worked. I will keep them in mind for any other small plumbing projects that come up in the future.
