Great experience. Big project for which I largely relied on Mr. Duncan's vision. As a result, I made a few adjustments as we went along that added some additional cost and time, but that was entirely because I couldn't envision it on the front end. It was so overgrown that I couldn't envision anything until they pulled out all the woody plants. And they salvaged a 25 ft. japanese maple treee worth thousands. I never thought it would live, but it's thriving.
