Ralph and Tyler did my work and did a great job. They were very professional and courteous and cleaned up everything.

They did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything, and it was just a great experience. We want to give a special shout out to the installers, especially Dave and Scotty. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

Ralph, Tyler, and Lee came to our house to install our windows. There was a slight miscommunication along the way but they made up for it and in the end the job was completed in the time frame they stated and the windows look great. Ralph especially did an excellent job and he kept me informed along the way!

Dave and Scott did a great job I highly recommend them to all.

Our experience was a horrible one. We had a Rep come to our house in December 2020, and we were showed pictures of windows. We made our choice of windows. One bathroom window, a double kitchen window and a LG picture window in the living room. They were only going to be changing out 3 windows. He said that the installer would remove the existing vinyl around the windows and that the new windows would go right in and the vinyl replaced. This process would only take 3 days. The windows were ordered and we were told that they would be available in February but, they didn't come in until April 2021. The installer didn't remove the vinyl as we were told. He used a hack saw and cut the vinyl, very crooked at that. He proceeded to put the new windows in and they didn't meet with the botched up vinyl. So, he then just filled the spaces with chalking. It was a mess! We called the company and told them that this was unacceptable so they sent the same guy back out to fix his mess. He only made things worse. He messed up the vinyl that was under the windows by spilling his glue on it and he said he would be back to replace that vinyl. He didn't show up so I called the office again. The installer called me minutes later and cursed me and was very rude because I called his boss. The manager then came out to look at the job and was shocked by the terrible job. He then sent out another installer to replace the vinyl and repair all the damage. They had to locate the proper vinyl and when they did replace the vinyl around my windows, the color didn't match. They got more vinyl and said it's the same color but it still doesn't match my existing vinyl. It was left that way. The 3 day job ended up taking 3 months not counting the time from December when the order was placed. So a total of 7 months. The company should have given us a substantial discount for the time and stress we went through. But, they only took off the $200 credit card charge. We feel like they should have given us a better discount for our trouble. I would never recommend this company to anyone. All my neighbors watched in horror as this job was unfolding. I'm just hoping that when CRS in Knoxville sees this complaint that they will do the right thing and send some of the money we paid back to us. The total job was over $6,000.

It was a nightmare! 3 windows took 3 months to finish installing. The first guy was disrespectful to my wife on the phone. We paid extra to have the vinyl removed around windows, but that was not done. He messed up my vinyl around windows. Now I have vinyl that look like a different color, even though they say it's the same color. The finish work was horrible "chalking" around windows. A new guy had to come out and redo all the work the first guy messed up. I do not recommend this company, beware!

Doors for small business condominium - replacement went well, doors fit and operate well.

We first used CRS about 12 years ago to install new windows in our house. The windows were high quality, the work was excellent and we were very happy. A few years later we retired and downsized to a smaller and easier to maintain house. That house needed a new front door and we called CRS. Again the quality of the product and the work of CRS was excellent. Most recently we replaced a leaky French door to our patio with a sliding glass door. Karl and Kurtiss arrived on time and ready to go. They had a system for the installation and everything went like clockwork. One of the first things they did was put down a big sheet of cardboard to protect our wood floors. They kept the job site clean as they progressed and at the end got out their vacuum cleaner cleaned up the dust. This was a tricky install because the replacement door was a few inches shorter than the existing door. Karl and Kurtiss had to problem solve throughout the whole job because of that and they handled it well. One way they dealt with the difference in size was by installing extra trim above the door. They caulked the joints and touched up the trim with paint. The trim around the door inside and out looks like it was done by master carpenters. I can detect no air leaks. The door looks beautiful. We have two more exterior doors that are wearing out. I am sure we will call CRS when we get ready to replace those.

Dave and Scottie the installers were very professional and went above and beyond to ensure the installation was perfect. They kept us informed during the installation and fixed problems that showed up from the original sunroom installation. They showed up on time and worked very hard even in extreme heat. Their attention to detail was impressive, something that is not often seen today with contractors. This is the second time I've used CRS and Dave for the install of my Marvin windows. Would highly recommend this company and the installers for future work.

It was excellent. Dave and Scott were the installers and they did an excellent job. They were very timely. They did their job efficiently. They asked if we had any questions or issues before they left. They knew their craft well and did a good job explaining it to their customers.

We had no problems at all. Was giving a timeframe when our windows would be installed and was notified when they came in set a install date. Guys show up after give us a call and completed job in two day. Very professional.

They did a great job. David and Scotti are the best and were very nice. They were very careful with everything and they worked very hard and were perfectionists. They put everything back the way it was and I am very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

I think it went great! How hard they work and how talented they are it's what they are doing that is excellent, good product. David Walliker did a great job! He had an assistant Scott, and he did great too!

Apparently there is a backlog at the company that makes the windows, so it took awhile for the windows to get here. But once they were here, they got the windows installed the next day. Ralph and Tyler showed up right on time, were super professional, and finished the installation without problems. I am very happy with the new windows.

Everything went fine. Scotty and David are very good, they cleaned up, they did their job. Very nice and friendly.

The installation went great! Dave and Scotti were amazing. They definitely knew exactly what they were doing. It took them 3.5 days to completely finish the job. They were honest and hard-working and I immediately was at ease with having them in my house. They loved my dog, too!

The owner took his time with the home estimate and explained everything thoroughly in a pleasant and professional manner. The windows are very well made at a great price point. The installers, Ralph and Tyler, were hard-working, detail attentive, and very personable. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Everything went well and I’m enjoying the windows and door. The whole process took a little longer than expected, which was kind of expected (just how it goes). But I’m really happy with the quality, craftsmanship, and the time Dave and Scotty took to make sure the job was done right
