Cooks came to our rescue! West Knox Utility worked on a sewer line behind my neighbors house. Within two day we were infested with RATS! I called Cooks and explained the situation. I needed them ASAP! That was at 8:00am they arrived before 12 noon. Sam Hucksley was assigned to our house. He was very respectful and went to work. The next day he stopped by the house to check on the progress. He is awesome! Sam would stop by the house at least once a week to check the progress. It has now been about a month and we are rat free. It's hard to find service like that. We will be a loyal customer to Cooks and Sam for life.

They are very good. I do not have the trouble with spiders in my home like I had before. Robbie calls me a day before so I can unlock my gates. I keep all my gates locked due to my dogs. He is always professional and polite. He always locks the gates when he leaves. He even worked on a Saturday when the weather was bad over the winter to take care of the customers.

I met with Joe to inspect my house for anything that I hadn't noticed. I had been having an earwig problem. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. I signed a contact for a year of service. I then met with Steve my technician. He is great! Super friendly, nice to my pets and respectful of our plants and home. I'm very happy with my choice in Cook's for my pest control needs.
I am updating this: It has been over a year and I am still over the moon happy with the service and technicians from Cooks. They are just great. No bugs and a happy customer.

The man that came out and sprayed today went above and beyond. He waited for me to get home, he sprayed the whole fence for me, which most places charge extra for. They sprayed all necessary areas. They come once a month. If you see something a week a later after they spray they will come back and spray at no charge because they guarantee their services. They put ant baits in yard to keep insects away from house. Their spray solution is non toxic and odorless to humans and animals. I called after hours on the 30th, the lady told me they were closed for the day, and all the technicians left at 5, at 7:30 someone called me and gave me an estimate for the work. They were supposed to be here at 10 and they showed up on time. Very professional and nice. I also really like that they use the same technician every time, it does not change. They are up front with the cost, and there is no hidden costs associated. I look forward to using their services.

I pay them on a monthly basis for just a general bug and ant infestation. Then I also have a termite service with them and that is quarterly. For general bug infestation treatment is $37. My parents have used them and were very pleased with them. They give me a call the day before they come out. If I am at home they will actually explain to me what they are doing. They will also explain if I have any questions.

It went well. The salesman for Cook's came to the house and inspected around the house and in the crawl space. They gave us a couple of pointers to help protect my home from Termites and carpenter ants. Then he scheduled a day and time for the installation of the termite pods to be installed.
The installation was a brief process and we are told we are set now until they inspect again in 6 months.

Cook's Pest Control has a very good reputation. They were prompt when they set up an appointment. I will use them again.

Their monthly service is excellent. So far, our overall experience with them up to this point has been excellent. They are very competitively priced. We will continue to use them because we have a monthly service with them, and they have not disappointed me in anyway.

They do a really good job for both of those services. Their mosquito control service is really expensive, but it does really do the job.

They do a good job. Once I started with them, the bugs disappeared. I'm very happy. Their price is okay.

I have a crawl space under my home, where the man put on overalls and boots and crawled under to take samples. He then took off his overalls and boots to come inside and show me everything he found and what it all meant. He didnt leave a spec of dirt in the house. His car was spotless and everything was nicely arranged. He could explain all the chemicals and what they did and how they are applied. Within a year I had no termites, and according to him if you live in Tennessee you have termites. He was good.

They have always been punctual and they have sprayed properly. They are always changing the termite traps that are in the ground. If they see any activity they re-bait them and change the locations. I haven't had any problems with bugs in the house and I am satisfied with them. I haven't checked out any other companies but I feel that their prices are comparable.

We are so impressed with them that in a couple of months we are going to add the termite inspection as well. THeir products are environmentally friendly. We get a courtesy call the day before to verify the time frame. We have not had any pest problems since they began the treatment. They offer online payment and billing. That is great for us because it is convenient. They were very knowledgeable and they left the information with us the day they came out to give us a free estimate.

They will come back in between treatments if needed. I did actually have a problem and they came out about a half a dozen times with no additional charge to take care of the service. The problem was unusual even though it was not covered under the standard care they still made about 8 different visits with no additional charge.

They are very polite, and it was easy to pay your bill over the phone. However it hard to get them to spay inside the house, and they were out of my price range,

I would use them again.

The ants were getting in the mail. It was horrible. They came out right away and took care of that.

I just liked him but he wasn't doing his job. I fired him about 3 years ago. The price was okay.

I don't know how good they are because they don't do a lot that I couldnt do. I have never had them do any real work but they have a prevention and if I ever find termites in the house they come because of the warranties. I don't feel I am in a place to even rate them. They are decent, they have a 1/2 way decent reputation and I feel I would have to rate them after the 1st time I had a termite infestation.

We are very satisfied. They have reasonable rates. We've had some problems with ants this spring and they have come out numerous times within 24 hours when I have called them. They are reliable.

The people are punctual and think they do a good job.
