Absolutely terrible company, we asked for rat traps and bug spray but instead we got a rat hitting on my wife with my two kids in the house, followed by weird texts to my wife such as, "If you ever get bored, or just need a spray or anything, call or text." He even told my wife his name was Chris, but his voicemail says Ron. Might be trying to cover up the fact he's also married with two kids. Before having this company come exterminate your pests, let them exterminate their own.

I have been using Cook's for over 2 years for termite protection and a bug barrier of sorts. I would recommend them to anyone and actually do ever chance I get. The technicians that come are polite and always let me know before they arrive. I have had many good experiences with this company.

Cook's provides great service. We have not had any problems inside the house since they started treatment almost two years ago. Sam and Aaron have taken care of us since we signed on with them. They call to let us know when they will be out, and they always ask if we are having any issues. They are very thorough and they talk with us about any issues they find. They tell us what they have done and discuss any additional services we might need. Communication is so important when people provide services and these guys are great about that. I guess that is what makes them so successful.

They charge $600 annually for termite and monthly insect control. They do outside, but they do inside if there is a problem inside. I didn't shop for the price, but it is reasonable.

My parents used them and my sister used them so when I built my house I used them. They always give you a call and let you know that they are coming and they are very good. They are prompt and do what they say they are going to do. If you are having any question about the little traps that they put in the ground for termites they'll show you the ones that have been kind of eaten up by the termites.
