The estimate they provided did not reflect the services requested. It took careful deep evaluation of the estimate to see the places that differed from what we requested. I felt that it was misleading.

Technician took two panels off, said was iced up and it would be hours before it would be thawed, even if used hair dryer, put sides back on and advised to run fan only. I asked if he would come back when thawed, and he said no, he was covering for someone who was sick, this was his only call for the day, and he would not come back! He then left. Advanced advertises 24 hour weekend emergency service! I next got a service man on the phone who could not come, but who told me I could thaw ice with garden hose. I removed sides and thawed all ice in 8 minutes! I then called another company who provides 24 hour emergency service, who called back in 10 minutes, was here in 30 minutes, completely checked HVAC, then crawled under house, found and fixed problem in just over an hour! He was very systematic and explained everything as he did the work! We will use his company in the future!

Andrew provided the diagnosis of problems with 2 of the HVAC units and provided both repair and replace options. We selected the replace option due to the age of the units and the cost of repair. Clark and Reese completed the installation in a day and a half. They were always professional and took great care not to damage the house in any way and to clean-up after the job was completed. We are extremely satisfied with the work and will be using Advanced for the annual inspection and seasonal maintenance.

When I first tried to schedule the service in mid March 2017 I was told that it was too cold (temps were in the 60s) and that I should call back when it warmed up. By May it was much warmer and my A/C was not working when I called them back over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. They returned my call on Tuesday May 30th. I tried to set up a service appointment after explaining my situation and was told they could not make it out until the following week on Wednesday June 7th. The service, including a minor repair, was handled professionally by their technician that day. My only concern was why do they promote this service in March on Angie's List if they are not able to do anything at that time? I was hoping that a "service" might avoid a "failure" during warm weather. Overall I would say that I was satisfied rather than very satisfied.

Advanced, in particular, Mike T., did a very thorough job of diagnosing all the problems with an 18 year old water heater and replacing all needed parts to ensure we would not have to have a return call. He gave us great information on overall condition of the water heater and checked all of its components while here to replace a gas regulator. We were impressed by his thoroughness and concern for our well-being and ultimate financial cost.

They came over to do the routine check up on our HVAC. They found some wiring problem with the heating system and fixed it right away. They did a thorough check up on AC as well. We truly appreciate their services and would hire again.

Purchased a deal, scheduled the first time and the service provider cancelled because of weather condition which was 30 minutes before the appointment which I lost a day of work. They only have an early appointment after a month, and the apt today was between 8-10 and the tech called me at 9-15 and told me that he was 20 to 30 minutes away. I decided to cancel because I can't take off anymore time from work

The service rep. was very good and professional. The issues I had were unlike other Angie's list services I have bought the company did not contact me I had to reach out to them. I had scheduled an early service call and had written on my calendar. 30 minutes after I had them scheduled for and no show I called and was told they had me for an afternoon service call. I had to reschedule my work plans for that day.

They came out before the heating season. October. One person came and worked about forty-five minutes. They inspected the whole furnace and got it ready for winter. They lit the gas.
