Advanced Heat, A/C, & Plumbing

He is a very good technician and extremely trustworthy.  He is very knowledgeable and does a great job.  He solved the ongoing issue with the air conditioner.  I liked his services and will use the same in future.

The team that came was great! So professional, nice, and friendly. They went the extra mile for me, sealing up everything and cleaning up after themselves. They really educated me on how to take care of the new system and gave some great tips. They made sure everything was done right.

I would use them again in the future. 

We had noticed our air conditioning bill was high.  My husband went into our crawlspace and discovered a big hole in the duct work.  We called several places listed in Angies List with good grades, but ,soon discovered they don't patch duct work they just sell it new and install it!!!
I was very happy to call Advanced Heating and Air and find out they do fix duct work.  So I made an appointment.  They were on time friendly, quick, and very good.  The price was really good I  will use them again!!!

Performed the diagnosis fine and recommended the unit be replaced. Extended warranty company paid me cash and I made a new purchase elsewhere to get a brand not carried by Advanced Heating and Air.

They came when they said they were going to come and they were on time. They were very professional and the work done was fine. I will use them in the future.

He had to order a new cooling coil. They showed up after the piece got in, and everything is completely fixed. I have not had one problem since. They were quick to return calls, but they weren?t as quick as they could be because they were slammed.

The technician came in November and replaced a capacitor in my furnace and the thermostat so I called them to check my ac which wasn't cooling as well as I thought it should. You always reach voice mail--never a person. They were very slow to call me back in November, but it was near the Thanksgiving holiday. The technician did a good job, though. The same technician came out in July for my ac and added the freon. The system still wasn't performing as well as I had hoped so I called on a Friday and left another voice mail. They didn't call me back so I left another message late on Monday afternoon. They called me back on Tuesday, and they sent another technician out on Wednesday who did some additonal checking including the functioning of the thermostat at no additional charge. He said everything checked out fine and that the unusual heat and size of my ac unit were the problem. I was glad that he did some additonal testing and satisfied with what he told me. I would use their services again.

We have our first (and hopefully, last) heat pump in this house. Advanced showed us how to properly use the device. They also helped us get a new thermostat when we tried to install one on our own and provided annual maintenance. I cannot say I care for our heating system and would ever buy a house with a heat pump, but Randy has done his best to make us comfortable with the equipment we have and that's the best we can ask for!

We were freezing one afternoon as the heater just wasn t working properly in our home. The Servicemen came right out within an hour and a half and found that our heating pump needed to be properly regulated. They got our heat back on and we were so happy with their professionalism, prompt response, and cleanliness.
