WRAP-IT-MAIL

I have used Wrap It Mail both personally and for my business for several years.  It recently has new ownership.  I went there on Friday, June 20, 2014 to have a package overnighted for Saturday delivery by 10:30am.  We lost our server during a storm and needed information pulled from our backup tapes so that we would know our service schedule on Monday.  It was imperative that these tapes be delivered on Saturday.  They were not delivered until late morning on Monday.  We had no idea where to send our technicians and had to wait on our customers to call us when we did not show up.  The lady at Wrap It Mail failed to mark Saturday delivery.  I returned on Monday for a refund.  She was very argumentative, unprofessional and not the least apologetic. She said she did not have to mark Saturday delivery and that FedEx was at fault.  I knew for a fact this was not true, because I dealt with FedEx ALL day Saturday trying to get my package delivered-with no success.  I left with no refund.  She did call me later that day with an apology and a refund.  This mistake cost a lot more that the $38 that she refunded to me.  It was very disruptive to my business.  If you are an authorized FedEx dealer, you should know how to fill out the air bill.  Her attire was also inappropriate.  She had on short shorts both times that I visited the store.  I will be using a different mailing service in the future.
