Drew has an excellent eye for detail, and his inspection and assessment of our heat pump system was exceptional. He corrected a problem with the thermostat, cleaned and inspected the system, and showed me what the condition of the system looked like. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable! Definitely a professional technician - not a "parts replacer."

Drew was very polite and courteous. He called and identified himself the morning of the service and then called ten minutes before arriving. We had a brief conversation and he went right to work. There were some minor issues with the system, which he repaired, added some required parts and chased down a vibration and repaired it. He was here for three hours, and only charged for the parts and service call! I will definitely call Drew again!
