Snowden's Siding Roofing & Window Co Inc

My Mother's house needed a new roof and we called Michael Higgins at Snowden's Roofing. Mr. Higgins arrived promptly for the estimate. He was very personable and told us what to expect and what he would do. We were impressed with his professionalism from the beginning.  He told us an estimated price that he thought it would cost, and then told us he would contact or email us the exact estimate with a list of what was to be completed. He also mentioned a better type of shingle which was only slightly more expensive (about $80 more- well worth it, we thought). The next day Mom received an email with everything listed and the exact cost, which was what Mr. Higgins had estimated.  The work was scheduled and all details were worked out. The materials arrived the day before the job was to be completed (which we were told would happen.) The roofers arrived on time, were very polite, worked hard throughout the day and cleaned up as they went. After the work was completed, Mr. Higgins personally inspected the roof to make sure everything was correct and that we were satisfied with the job.
