This is the second repair at this shop and I still think they do great work. The previous manager is no longer with them, but the new manager seems to be just as enthusiastic.
Overall, I still like going to Mr. Transmission for the repairs and will continue to go until I have to pay for the entire repair out of my pocket. At that time, I will go the route of the frugal man and buy the parts and pay to have them installed to avoid the auto repair mark ups.
My warranty insurance covered the costs of the repair, but Mr. Transmission was very professional about the transaction and was a great liaison for me with my warranty insurance company.
One thing I noticed was the order and cleanliness of the shop area. I would not have been afraid to eat something I had dropped on the floor in the bays. I will definitely recommend Mr. Transmission to anyone who needs the job done professionally.
