Work performed as requested. Wheel lug nuts were over-tighened.

They were great to work with and took the time to explain that i had a couple of bent rims and there was a place in Kingsport that fixed bent rims for about $75.00. I will defiantly recommend and use them again.

The tires were a good price and they did a good job on install. They offer free services including rotation and balancing. The biggest problem I had was that they were always busy and sometimes weren't able to and quot;squeeze me inand quot; for these services. I tried calling in advance and this didn't really help the problem.

The week before I had them rotate tires that I purchased through them. Rotating the tires cost nothing. They encouraged me to come back every 5,000 miles and they'll do it for free. I priced tires for my son's car at Sam's and they were cheaper than Sam's. Our whole family uses them. We had one experience where we needed to buy a tire and not only do they do tire repair and oil changes. While they had my son's car up on the rack, he had heard squeaking and thought he needed new brakes. It would've been easier if they didn't have scruples, for them to tell us he needed new brakes. Instead, they told us he had 40,000 miles left on them and cleaned them and eliminated the sound that he was hearing. He said afterwards that his car drove like a new car and it's a 2003. They did a great job and it was done in a real timely manner. They actually called and confirmed within 50 minutes of having the car there to make sure I still wanted to do all four tires since he didn't need new brakes. They didn't do the service til I had authorized it.

I called a day ahead to inquire if they had the tires in stock and if
an appointment was required. I was told that they had one set and
no appointment was required. However, when I arrived the following
day, that set of tires had been sold. One phone call and an hour later
Hayworth had located four more tires and had them installed.

They take walk ins and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for the tire change. I had to make an appointment for the alignment, but they had several openings the next day. Been going here for 7 years and always get great service, the best price in the area, and owners and staff that are always willing to above and beyond to help you out. Very knowledgeable and even fixed something on my car for free when they found a problem while replacing the tires.

Low cost, no frills, operation with good customer service and low prices. I continue to be impressed by their professionalism and low cost. Overhead is kept to a minimum, so don't expect a fancy waiting room such as might be found in a new car dealership, but savings are passed on to customer. Very happy with their tires, their service, and their prices. Oil changes and tire rotations are done on a "first come, first served basis", so you may have to wait if they are busy.
