Our house was damaged by the tornados of April 2011.This company came in the next day after I called them.They removed debris, temporary patched the roof to prevent further damage, then came in the next day and repaired the roof, and the damaged celings in our dining room and kitchen.They had to remove broken ceiling sheet rock, and clean up the insulation that had fell down inside our dining room and kitchen.They sealed off the area to prevent further spread of debris in the house.They repaired the damage, had to respray the texture ceiliing over the entire dining room and kitchen so that every thing matched.They put new insulation in the attic, and repaired all damage to like new.
Chris Howard and his crews were super friendly, did excellent work. Kept the area clean and when they were done, we could never tell that anything had happended other than the area looking better than it had when it was new. The ceilings were excellent and bright white, and their work site all cleaned up.
I have had to use Chris Howard and his crews several times, due to multiple storm damage issues.Excellent company.

I had Howard Home Improvement to hang drywall in two rooms. After they were on site and I saw the quality and professionalism of the crew. I had them to go ahead and prime and paint the vaulting celing, One room was a 20' x 16' all season room with a vaulted ceiling and the other was a 12' x 16' office that I carved out of a garage bay. They had a small opeining in their scheduled and jumped on the job the day after Chris visited and quoted the job. Their ability to get on the job quickly, a very fair price and a previous positive recommendation on Angie's list were the primary reasons I went ahead and geve them the job. I had two other quotes that were quite a bit higher and both contractors didn't present themselves as professional when they were on site quoting the job.. When I told Chris that the local buidling supply company didn't have enough drywall for the job, he responded by stopping in another town on his trip to my house and picking up the material. GREAT service! I was not dissapointed when the crew showed up. Chris was personally on site and showed the crew what had to be done. They had to come through my house to get to the addition and took extreme care not to disturb anything or to track anything into the house. They immediately laid down ample tarps and drop clothes on the floors where they would be walking. Great experience and I definitely recommend them to all . I was a little skeptical of Angie's list due to the lack of service providers in my area but it only took one. Maybe this will convince others to post their services! it sure is easier and takes far less time than dealing with finding and getting quotes from campanies in the more traditional way... word of mouth, cards at buidling supply companiues or craigslist..

It went very well. They were very respectful of my property and did an excellent job with the repairs. They even worked on the weekend because the mud wasn't drying as quickly as we wanted.

Mr. Howard gave a good estimate. His workers removed old wood, replaced with new, filled cracks, and painted both. Work was done within reasonable time frame.

Chris Howard was responsive and priced it competitively. He got the job done. It looked great! He cleaned up without ne effort by me. They were excellent!
