Brent was my saving grace! I was in desperate need for a garage repair. He was accommodating, cost affective, professional , and kind. His customer service skills were superb . I would highly recommend him for service .

The tech, Brent, responded quickly to my request for service and offered the Genie opener and his services for less and sooner than his competition. Unfortunately, the unit developed a minor problem the day after installation. I contacted Brent by text -- he responded quickly and set up an appt. time convenient for us both. Within minutes, he realized the unit had a problem and replaced the whole unit with another unit with no extra charge. His service and demeanor was great throughout -- I would recommend him to others, and plan to utilize his services again should the need arise.

Company owner Brent Carlton arrived on time and took care of lubricating and checking functionality of all three of our units. He also repaired a dent in one of them. On a second appointment he installed a new opener. His work is efficient and he leaves no mess behind. We’re delighted with him and will recommend his services to friends and neighbors.
