Bill was very professional, on time and very thorough. He did an EXCELLENT job, and the cost was very good. The typical maintenance items you do for a home, this has to be one of the top "Bang for the Buck" items you can perform. Should be on the top of everyone's list, and Bill should be on the top of folks list of who to have it performed by. I highly recommend Bill. I would use him for any other service he provided without question.
