We had a smell in the house after a big rain and called them up to see if we had a leak. They were very responsive and communicative and came out to inspect the house within just a day of calling. It turned out to be something else but they didn't charge for the inspection/house call. I would definitely do business with them again.

I thought they were very courteous, professional and punctual. I have not used their carpet cleaning service, but their construction and water removal services are very good. In terms of responsiveness, it did take them a little while to initially come out.
