Went well. Found part for old oven and replaced in a timely manner.

My freezer stopped working. I got an appointment at my earliest opportunity. Mr. Curtin arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, explained what he was doing and what I could expect. The motor was not running, he put on a starter kit and it started immediately. He said he did not know how long the refrigerator would last, but told me what to look for to know if it was starting to die again so I would have enough time to get a new one. He also told me how I could contact him online if I had other problems. I am very pleased with the service provided and heartily recommend him.

I expected the bill to be over $100, but I did not argue with him.

They are very professional. They arrived on time. They did a fantastic job. They were always on task the whole time why they were at my house. They explained what they were doing.

It has been a good experience dealing with Brian. We have called on him before to fix the spin dry problem on our dryer. We had someone else come out only just over a year with the same problem through our buyer protection plan, we sure didn't want to call them again. We like that he explains stuff to us, and decided to pay for the repair ourselves. We called Brian frantically, because the water was quickly leaking all over our hardwood kitchen floor (the hardwood floor was installed before we moved in). He reminded us that the icemaker has a turnoff valve for the water. He came later, as the real emergency of leaking water was over. I had kept the valve that was replaced in the previous previous repair, it turned out it was the same one. This problem may also have happened even before we moved in to the house, because there was a steel "liner" that was put in under the fridge to guard the floor and wall against water leaking onto them. Brian explained that this part can generate some heat, and that can cause it to break down. He moved the fridge out a few inches, which wasn't a problem. The fridge seems to be working fine. The repair was 9/28/07.
