I can't say anything that hasn't already been written many times about James and GPS - extremely professional, fair pricing, with prompt, high quality workmanship, from honest good-hearted people. These folks had two complete heating and cooling systems (upstairs and down) replaced and running in one day! I won't be calling anyone else in the future.

This is the most trustworthy heat and air company out there hands down !!!

Our technician (James) was very knowledgeable and quoted a much lower price for labor than the two prior quotes I had obtained. He was immediately available on a Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem, working promptly to obtain the part from the manufacturer and install it properly. He even reviewed our attic's duct spacing without charging an additional fee. I would highly recommend James and GPS for future work.

We had two other companies take a look at our A/C system, and both quoted us several thousand dollars for a brand new system. After connecting on Home Advisor, GPS called me within minutes and had a technician (James) here within an hour. After spending some time with the unit, James had cool air coming through again in under an hour by simply switching out some wires. While it's an older system and will likely need replacement sooner rather than later, it did not need it today, and we're very grateful James was able to do what the other companies could not (or would not). And now we know who to call in the future. Best of all, since it was supposed to be a free estimate visit, James was not going to charge us a dime, but we insisted on paying the dispatch fee at minimum. I've never been more impressed with a company!

Awesome experience with GPS HVAC and Home Adviros. We had a three week old baby and realized in the middle of the night that our heat was not working. I checked Home Advisor at about 5am. First time user. By 6am, I had received a text from GPS, who politely didn't not call given the early hour. I called GPS at 7am, and a technician arrived at my house by 9am. He diagnosed the problem by 9:30am, and had called for parts availability and pricing with options for us to discuss by 10:00am. He was able to obtain necessary parts and complete the repair by noon. I had never used Home Advisor, and was somewhat skeptical to be honest. The results achieved speak for themselves. Regarding GPS specifically, in addition to being very timely, the technician gave a thorough explanation of the problem and was dead on with the diagnosis. We also have a 14 year old unit, and he did not pressure us into going for a full replacement. The price was as expected. You never want to pay money for this type of repair, but it was fair, and I felt a lot better about paying for it given the exceptional explanation from the service tech.

Came within an hour after talking with them. Diagnosed problem and explained problem and options. Left to get a part and returned quickly. Completed repair and was back up and running quickly.

Easy scheduling, quickly came and diagnosed the issue. Repairman had to leave to get part but returned quickly. He explained everything. Part was under warranty, so cost of repair was minimal. I'd definitely recommend.
