New patient - very impressed with all aspects, check-in to check-out.

I have been going to this group for a while. The last three times the wait has been almost an hour past my appointment time. Today, after sitting in the reception area for 50 minutes, I asked the receptionist if she had forgotten me, as every patient that came in after me had been called back. I was advised my doctor was running 35-45 minutes behind, at a minimum. They knew this when I checked in. The decent thing to do would have been to inform me of that and allow me to make the decision as to whether to stay or reschedule. If I showed up an hour and forty five minutes late for my appointment, they wouldn't consider seeing me. I loved Dr. Donato but the third time of waiting this long was too much. Maybe they have gotten too big, too quickly and can't keep up with the demand. If you don't mind the wait, they're a really good group. But don't go expecting to get in and get out quickly. And I understand there are emergencies. But let your patients know.

I had to have surgery on my bladder as well as a hysterectomy. The staff was all very professional. The facility was clean. I had to stay overnight and there was a very caring nurse to attended to my needs throughout the night. There was virtually no waiting once I got there, and my discharge from the facility was flawless. I would definitely go back if I ever have to have another procedure.

My experience with the dr. was just fine. she had good bedside manner and listened attentively. the wait time for the clinic was way too long. i almost waited 50 minutes in the hallway to get to the doctor. may be they can perform better on their scheduling and only schedule the number of patients that can be seen during that time. everyone's time is valuable - they should not think the patients time is not as valuable as the doctors'. so please try to see the patient within a 15 minute window and not let it get to an hour please.

She is very personable and has an amazing bedside manner. She takes her time and probably the only one ever that is always on time. I've been seeing her for six years. If you have a ten o' clock appointment, you are being led to her room at ten o' clock...that is amazing.

I've been a patient at McDonald Murrmann Women's Clinic since 2010, and I have seen Dr. Cole for nearly 13 years, first as my gynecologist and now as my obstetrician. For the most part, I'm seen within minutes of arriving for my appointment, save for occasional days when they have been short staffed. The receptionists and staff are always accommodating and friendly, and I'd recommend the clinic gladly (and often do).

It was a good experience. The nurse and doctor both asked me if I had any specific concerns, and the doctor addressed those concerns. I would go back.

Excellent! It's an OBGYN so sometimes appt times change, they have to delivery babies...it's to be expected and I've never had an overly long wait. Only once in 7 years have I had to change my appt time.

Surgery and testing were very professional. Discussed outcomes to avoid hysterectomy in calm manner.

They are okay. What bothered me was just the extremely long waiting time.

I discovered the practice on the Memphis Flyer since Angie's List doesn't yet have many physician reviews. I recommend Dr. Murrmann to anyone seeking a new ob/gyn.

In and out in less than an hour, everyone there is very friendly and professional. I have been going to Dr. Murrmann since she delivered my second child 18 years ago. I wouldn't go to anybody else.

The doctor is very good at collecting the facts and diagnosing the problem. I have been her patient for several years and I feel very confident in her knowledge. She has correctly identified certain conditions and given me great referrals. Plus, she has worked with me on a variety of issues and the outcome is to my satisfaction.

Went OK. Bleeding was almost stopped apparently. Dr. took tissue samples for a biopsy -- did not provide any pain alleviation and very little information about what she was doing and why. Procedure was very painful. I didn't even know what she was doing the biopsy for. Dr. McDonald is nice enough, but is a very poor communicator. She says "and stuff" and the end of half of her sentences. It is hard to get a handle on what she is talking about -- I am a well-educated (post graduate) person and I have to ask question and question to figure out exactly what she is talking about. She is very hard to get in to see and the waits are usually 3 hours long. Once after waiting 6 hours to see her (after my first 3-hour wait my appt was cancelled without seeing the doctor) I spent a lot of time asking Qs. I had written down several issues I wanted to talk to her about. She obviously did not want to take the time (or have the time) to talk with me about my issues. She even made a comment that her nurse had said "I thought I was going to have to come in there and get you out." She once gave me three samples of hormone therapy treatments to try and did not keep a record of what she had given me. They didn't tell me that I needed to keep track of the exact name and dosage, so we had to try to guess. Receptionists are very dispassionate. I decided that I will go to another doctor from now on.

I have been going to this clinic for approximately 9 years. I use Mary McDonald and she is fantastic! She listens to any concerns and questions you have and gives very good advice. She is extremely well-informed, patient, and understanding. I could not have asked for a better OB/GYN. The staff has always been extremely nice and helpful too. The only reason I gave then a C for punctuality is because if your OB is delivering a baby you will either have to wait a long time or re-schedule. On the other hand, when I was giving birth, I really appreciated that my doctor delivered my child.

I was very pleased with the care and service I received from this clinic. The staff and doctors were very considerate and caring during my difficult pregnancy. They took extra precautions to make sure that I delivered a healthy baby. The care after the delivery was equally good and they made sure that I had recovered completely. The only drawback from this clinic is the amount of time spent in the waiting room - but that probably comes with the territory of delivering babies.
