Fairview Animal Clinic

I thought it was a little extra pricey but it was an adequette service.

I was hesitant and did website research on where to take my tiny six-month 2.8 puppy, Lucy, to an experienced veterinarian to
be spayed. After reviewing the very thorough website I called for an appointment.
Kristen accommodated me excellently over the phone and my pup was scheduled the following morning for surgery. All directions were explained well and questions answered. When Lucy and I arrived in the morning I expressed how uneasy I was due to Lucy’s extra small size. The staff assured me by explaining the whole day’s procedure along with reminding me of the 30 years of veteran experience that Dr. Anderson had. I left feeling completely at ease that I left my pup in good hands.
After the operation was completed, I received a verbal update letting me know that Lucy was awake from surgery with thorough verbal instructions. Upon pick –up that evening, teachings were reviewed and take-home written information and pain medication was given to us. The next morning I received a follow up call checking on Lucy’s wellbeing and recovery status. I am very pleased and impressed with Dr. Russell Anderson and his staff’s hard efforts. You can tell Fairview Animal Clinic truly cares for their human and animal clients. I completely give FAC Five Stars! My animals care is just as important to me as my own.

Our cat loved staying with them. She got brushed and petted all the time! Our dog, initaily, had problems with the kennel. She is not used to being in a cage. They rearranged the animals so she was at the end, without another dog opposite her, and made sure she spent as much time as possible outside. She was very happy then!

Our dog, who is diabetic, suddenly began having a seizure. As soon as she stopped, we took her to the Fairview Animal Clinic. As soon as we arrived (having called to tell them we were coming), they took her into the treatment area, checked her blood sugar, hooked up an IV and got some glucose into her, letting us stay by her side the whole time. They kept her overnight to make sure she was OK. Since then, they have been incredibly helpful with helping me calibrate her glucose meter, and helping me understand what the readings mean. They have been wonderful with all of our pets and their health issues.

They are a very supportive staff. Last year, I suddenly lost one of my cats. This clinic was very supportive in the process that I went through with dealing with that. They are very flexible with their billing. Their availability and punctuality are excellent.

I think that they are reasonable, fair, and their prices are comparable with everyone else's in the world. They do a good job with my animals and I like them. I highly recommend them. There isn't anything I really dislike about them.
