Initially, the service was adequate. As time went on, however, the work became sloppy. They cut corners: they left large areas unmowed and stopped putting an edge around flower beds and the driveway (a job requirement). They told me they were able to do a number of lawn maintenance services, initially, (including flower beds) but they did not have the tools or the knowledge to do anything but the most rudimentary mowing. When I pointed out the problems with the service, made it known that I was very unhappy, and attempted to point out the problem areas, they gave me a lot of excuses and then suddenly quit without warning. My experience is that they are not true to their word, they are unreliable, and they very unprofessional.

Corey, the owner, did an excellent job pressure washing my driveway, however not my porch. The first time he mowed my lawn, he did a decent job. I was pleased. He told me his daughter and sometimes his son will help him out. Corey, scheduled my lawn to be mowed every Monday morning. He would show early before the morning dew had dissipated from the lawn. My problem with Corey is he came out with his daughter to mow my lawn while it was raining!!! WHO DOES THAT???!!! I went outside to address Corey, and he had driven off, while leaving my lawn looking a HOT MESS!!! Now, just when I thought Corey was out of sight he went down the street to turn his vehicle around. I got out there just in time, however the damage had already been done. He stopped and got out of his truck, and immediately began to tell me why my lawn appeared as it did, and I cut him off mid-sentence and told him I wasn't going to pay for the damage he had allowed his daughter to do with a push lawn mower, and what he had as a professional (so I thought) had done on his riding lawn mower. He then went on to say "I will not charge you for this cut", even after I had already told him I wasn't paying him!!! He told me he would be back to mow the lawn within three days. I told him not to come back to mow my lawn unless I phone him to return. I highly tell any potential customers' to beware, of Covenant Cleaners of America, unless you want a child as a Crew Member to devastate you as a homeowner, and an owner who is irresponsible to say the least. Just because someone has a lawn mower in the back of his/her truck, does not mean they know what they're hired to do on your property. I came close to suing Corey, but I thought better of this. Mean time, my lawn which were beautiful, is now in a terrible state. I am now going through HomeAdvisor, to receive new quotes, with much prayer that I don't get another Corey.
