From beginning to end an amazing experience! From the moment I called in full crisis mode they were ready to quickly respond and help get the process started. They went above and beyond during every phase of the project. They were readily abailable to answer questions and guide me through the process. Every person that I had contact with in this company was professional, caring and courteous. They all worked hard to get my home back to as good as new (or even better than before) as quick as possible. The selection and quality of materials were great. The craftsmanship for all stages of the work done were excellent. I would highly recommend this company for all your needs!

They came in and tore out my entire kitchen and put it back together.  They did a better job with the installation than the original installers just a few years before.  They even fixed things the previous installers did incorrectly.  Their employees are so nice and helpful and were always professional .  They also have a lifetime warranty on their work.  I highly recommend them and will insist on them if I have future claims.

Called to request estimate late Friday. Woman who answered said she would have someone call me back to schedule. Within the hour she called me again to say the estimator was tied up but would call me promptly Monday. He called as scheduled, then came to my house precisely at time scheduled. Very professional; in company shirt; company-labeled van. Thoroughly examined carpet and discussed procedure. Gave me a completely fair estimate and scheduled two days later, at my convenience.
Two workers came at specified time, again very professional and personable. Began work immediately and completed the job within the time frame expected. EXCELLENT work! I have had carpets cleaned many times by various businesses in several states. This was by far the best job I have ever had completed. And the price was very reasonable.

They had a 5 year warranty on their staining and within less than a year the stain was coming off. I have been trying to get them to come back and honor their warranty for the last 18 plus months. I do get hold of them and they say that they are going to be out the next week and that they will call me with the schedule and they don't call. They were a contractor under another company. I am trying to go in through the insurance company. Everyone that deals with our insurance company has a 5 year warranty on their work. I have been kind of fussing with them for 2 years now. Pretty much within 6 months of them staining, it looked like there was no stain on the deck. I contacted them last year in May or June and they pretty much put me off for the whole summer and then it was too late to stain so I started talking to them this year in May and they actually put me off another whole year. Now it's too cold to come out and stain. It's been 2 seasons that I have been chasing them. The cost was part of the whole quote; State Farm paid around $8000.00. I plan on getting a couple of quotes next spring and take them to court and sue them. Initially they came out and they did a nice job. Their follow up has been a zero. They talked to me a couple of times. Somebody came out once and looked at it. They seemed to have very little communication amongst themselves. One guy I talked to said he didn't know anything about it. This was at the end of the process. Apparently they have several locations. I haven't had good luck with deck staining at all so it could be the stain. You walk on the deck and it's supposed to last for at least a few years. It's not been my experience with the Behr stain. I went around and around with Behr the first time we stained the deck. I have no idea what the price was. They did good work. They responded while answering the phone. After answering the phone they didn't do anything. I think they did their work on time but the warranty part of it was zero. They even told me they were going to come out and start on it. They were punctual but just not cooperative. The first time they came out, they showed up on time. I have contacted them every several months for 2 years now. I think the insurance company talked to them about a month ago because somebody called us. I haven't heard anything else.

I am greatly sorry to hear you were upset with our performance and hope we can have a chance to redeem ourselves to you. We understand that problems do arrive from time to time, but like to think of ourselves as problem solvers not makers. After asking our General Manager what had came of the issue, he assured me they did finally find a resolution to the problem. I hope this is so, and hope you will consider us again if you have a problem in the future. Thank You for giving us a chance to service your needs."
