I called them on Labor Day expecting I would have to leave a message for them to call me back the next business day, but Josh answered right away, was very helpful, and told me he could come out the next day and get our problem taken care of. A couple of hours later he called me back and said he would be able to come by today. He was very friendly and professional; the work was done quickly and we are very happy customers. We will definitely call them again when we need the septic serviced in the future.

Called Sherrill Plumbing this morning. Had negative experience with Affordable Plumbing and several appoints were a no show. Called Sherrill and sure glad I did. We just moved to TN and bought this home. Had no knowledge of history of this Septic. We thought it needed to be pumped. Chris from Sherrill Plumbing called me within 10 minutes of my scheduling appointment. He asked a number of questions regarding the age and working order of the septic. He explained every thing to me clearly. He showed up earlier than scheduled. Chris found our septic and leach lines. All went well and Chris also explained how to maintain the septic to keep it working well. After my experience with Affordable Plumbing, Chris and Sherrill Plumbing were a breath of fresh air! I recommend Sherrill Plumbing and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chris. Just moving here and not knowing details on our new house, Chris was so nice and answered questions even before I asked them! Extremely pleased with the service. My massive shared septic tank was clogged with grease and over-flowing into the yard so It needed pumping. It was done in a timely manner and in rough weather conditions at a very affordable cost. Also great communication from Sherrill. Highly recommended!
