Getting it done quickly. They had a previous service dept. there. The first one was that one that said it was $400, that's the one that really impressed us. They have a service writer, George, I'll give you a quick story on it. The security system screwed up in my wife's car, and it's a cross fire which is Mercedes, and they got the system in to fix it, and they called Mercedes about reprogramming the key, and Mercedes said, oh you have to buy new keys as well. Well, they are another $400. And he called a buddy of his from Chrysler tech, in Auburn Hills, and the tech said, oh no they are crazy. You can reprogram those things. And so George said, hey your car is ready. And he said $400 and something dollars for the component and labor. He said, you've got the same keys. Thank you. So that was a good deal. They could have just sold us the keys and not worried about it. George just said, wait a minute. If we can reprogram Chrysler keys why can't we reprogram these? And so he called a contact that he had in Auburn Hills and said, yea that's Mercedes. They just want to sell the keys but no, you can reprogram. That was back three or four months and we have never had an issue. So that was a savings. Everybody likes to save a few dollars if they can. They saved us some money, and can't argue with that at all, and they got the car serviced ready for the road, when we had to run back down to Florida for a family issue, and one of these deals, leave it here and see it sometime next week. They want to get you out of there. They want you back in your car. Can't argue with that.
