The most recent car is a 2017 Acadia. The car came from another dealership over in Camden, AR, a GMC dealership. I told them what I wanted and they brought it over here. I looked at it, I drove it and I bought it. The car appears to be fine. I still don't have the title for it and I still don't have the paperwork to even take down to the title place. They tell me that they're going to pay the penalty. I said, "Yes, you are going to pay the penalty if there is a penalty involved," because I still don't have the paperwork for it. So I'm beginning to wonder what is going on with them. We bought the car and evidently it had a defect from the factory that nobody caught. Now bear in mind that this car went from Camden, AR GMC dealership to Sunrise GMC in Collierville and it got out of the factory without the high tail light, not working. They say it went through three quality inspections before it got to us and we drove off the lot with the high brake light not working. We took it back as soon as we figured out that's what it was. I would have thought that would be a major item for them to rush right in, jump in front of the line of oil changes and stuff like that and fix it. Well, they didn't. That's one thing that we don't like about them. We came to find out the high brake light had a pin bent in the harness that prevented it from coming on. This was a defect that should have been caught at the GM factory, if not there at the first dealership, if not there at the second dealership, but nobody caught it. We were concerned about getting a ticket or something like that. It was on Labor Day weekend that we discovered it. My wife went off on them because she waited over there from eight o'clock in the morning till past two o'clock, to get it fixed. She finally went off on them and just told them, "This is ridiculous. Nobody told us we had to have an appointment to get a service." The salesman didn't tell us and he should have taken us back there and told us that we found out later. So right now, we're not too happy with Sunrise GMC of Collierville. We bought the car from them, I'm sure we're going to use them for oil changes and service. We will make an appointmentnext time to see if that works for us.

They provided an early email reminder and scheduled the work. Service has been provided in atimely and efficient maner. The waiting room is friendly, comfortable and equipped with Rest Rooms, TV, Coffee, dougnuts and good service. I had purchased the aouto from this dealer a year earlier, and it was the best sales experience I have experienced in all of my car buying times. The sales person had the best touch I have seen with all the questions i could ask. This will be the dealership that gets my next automotivebusiness without a doubt.

The dealership is sometimes the only place to go to get some things done and so this is why I took my car here for this issue. My car had electrical damage done by a rodent a few years back and it just came to fruition. The electrical harness had to be repaired and that was covered by insurance. My insurance took several days to get an adjuster out to Sunrise. During that time, Sunrise knew that I wanted the seatbelt in the back to be replaced and they did not order that until after the electrical harness was finished. So, after the week and a half it took to get the adjuster out and then get the electrical harness done, then I had to pick up my car to bring it back in a few days later to put the new seatbelt in. Just a little bit of a pain and I think it could have been handled more diligently. However, the dealership did figure out what happened with my car and did work with the adjuster to get the over 1300$ worth of electrical damage fixed.

They are pretty good. The service department was good with any problem, any problem you may have. There was no charge for the service we had on them since we bought the vehicles there. They call quite a bit. They gave us a lot of information about the options that we had when it came to financing.

We started with an estimate and then a few weeks later put the car in for repair. They told us they could start immediately on the car and they did. They finished quicker then they had estimated. They came in under the estimate. And they did an excellent job. We are thoroughly pleased. They were very courteous and professional. My car was very well taken care of. And it is a new car, only two months old. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend the dealership. We dealt with Chuck and he was wonderful.

The service is quick, thorough, friendly. They have a great service department that I would highly recommend. They have a nice, comfortable waiting room.
