Nathan was great He spent several hours trying to repair the unit without the added cost of replacing parts. Although we ended up replacing parts, he was able to get the unit running until parts were received so we were comfortable. Overall fantastic service, great customer service and reasonable prices.

Nathan, the specialist that came out to fix our a.c unit was very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem instead of the typical bandaid method. Walked me through everything he was doing. Answered all of my questions. Got the job done relatively quick. I would highly recommend this company. We are going to have them service our units from now on.

Nate was very prompt about returning calls and if he couldn't he would text me immediately that he would call as soon as possible. He came out when he said he would, fixed the problem and was very reasonable with his price. I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend. He was great!

Had to rewire someone else s mistake and realized the problem right away. Afterwards was thinking of having everything redone that a previous (non HomeAdvisor) contractor messed up and will call Specialty Repair to come back out to make it right.
