Really good service

They did fine. There are other areas that I wouldn’t recommend but their service is fine. They are probably more expensive than if you go to a local mechanic. I haven’t been happy with their service. The only reason we go there is because of the warranty of our car. I took my daughter’s car there one time and I’ll never take that back. I know they mean well but they make money off of their maintenance. So when I took her car in, they found all kinds of things that were wrong with it and some of those things I don’t really need attention. I felt like I have been taken advantage of. I have a local mechanic that I use and I’m much happier with him.

Making an appointment is easy. The service advisers try to meet our schedule, are courteous, patient and communicate well. Upon check-in we are always asked for a phone number so they can contact us with questions and updates about the work. If something unexpected arises, we are always contacted with the problem, options and cost of repair. Vehicles are normally ready at the time estimated. Loaner cars are available on a first come, first served basis. Sometimes we wait in a very comfortable customer lounge area that can accommodate various ages and needs. 
The technicians (mechanics) are great. Last time, the technician who did the service was excellent. He came out to let me know that while my tires were still good, they were showing some uneven wear and suggested they check the alignment which needed adjusting. As a side note, for 15 years I lived in another city 150 miles away and yet I continued to bring my car to Honda of Cleveland for all of my service. I think that says it all.

I called Dealers in Dalton and Chattanooga area both Honda and Accura. The price was better at Honda Of Cleveland and service
was quick and performed correctly.

I am very pleased. They provide excellent service and I don't feel like they are trying to push something on me that the car doesn't need at that time. It has been like that for twenty years.
