I was especially impressed with the customer service of the office staff. The women were responsive and worked to coordinate the gutter work with our landscape project. The installation of the gutter guards went well, although the men had to return the next day because they had forgotten some parts. They returned as scheduled.

A man came over and looked at the gutters and gave my wife a quote. We subsequently had other companies do the same. We decided to accept Drain Right's quote. I called and told the man so and the man was very nice. Never heard anymore from them. However, since that time a local handyman has assessed and patched the gutters and now they work very well and a lot of what Drain Right said was needed was apparently not needed at all. So, I do feel a bit mislead and in hindsight am glad they did not come.
In gathering quotes from the various guttering companies and contractors I noticed I could not get even two similar assessments of the condition of the gutters and what needed to be done. Larger gutters? Soffits? Fascia? Downspouts? Contracts? Labor and material prices vary wildly. Every single one had a different opinion. I feel sorry for anyone confronting gutter repair/replacement. This industry is fraught with crooks and hustlers. Drain Right is possibly the best outfit out there but I'll never know.

They came on the day appointment set for estimate, called the day before installation and completed the job the next day. Even adivsed me of roof shingles that were missing so that I could get them repaired. Very nice and courteous young men. I will definitley call them again if I need to and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Where to install on one day and did not show. They did not call to say they would not make it. they did call the Monday the next week to apologize and came the next day. Installed and cleaned up.

Late start to job due to illness in several crew members...not an issue. The one day job took over two weeks to complete. One persistent problem is the lack of communication with the customer with regard to status and schedule for job completion; each day I would return home from work anticipating completion of the job only to find the work had either not progressed or had progressed but had not been completed. In all instances, there was never a written note nor phone call to advise me of the status of the job; I had to call into the office, frustrated each time, to learn what was going on with my job and why it had not been completed. Was there discovery of structural damage that needed to be repaired before the work could be completed? Did they run out of material? Was someone injured? I did not know why the work was not completed...and they certainly didn't make an effort to keep me informed. At one point, a portion of my existing downspout had been removed from my property; this was unexpected, as I was reusing my downspouts. I looked around my property and in the garbage to try to locate the missing piece of guttering...and finally had to, once again, call into the office the following morning to learn that the piece had been removed to use to match up the color for the replacement downspout anchors; this was unnecessary, as the color had been matched when I placed the order and had been noted on my purchase order. It seemed like the last bit of work (anchoring of downspouts) seemed to drag on and on before the job was fully completed to my satisfaction. As a comparison in customer service focus, my roofer, who had replaced my roof a week prior to this job, kept me fully informed daily on his crew's progress...both in written form and my phone messages. If his work was unfinished, he took the necessary steps, even if it required an after hour visit to my home, to ensure that mitigation steps were taken to protect my home from water damage until the job was completed....all without my prompting or request. Once the job was gutter installation job was completed, I was happy with the end result; but the daily frustration on not knowing when the work would be completed was unforgiveable...especially after I mentioned my frustration to the customer service representative and to the sales agent.

They did a great job. An employee came out and did measurements and gave me an estimate that day. I called and talked to the company and scheduled a date for the work to be done. They were about three weeks out on jobs. They called the day before to make sure it was still a good date. I didn't need to be home (except to open the garage for use of a power outlet, but if you have one outside, this would not be needed) and they cleaned up after themselves (except some dead leaves from the old gutters but those mixed in with the ones already in the yard anyway:) ).

They surprised me how fast they were done. Murphy's Law ... while they were still there, I dented a downspout. They replaced it for free!
