They are excellent. I've signed up with them for a quarterly service but they'll come back as many times as they need to in between the quarterly service time to redo resprays for the pest and there's never been an issue with that.

We have an annual contract for them to come out quarterly. They're very thorough and helpful. If you need them to come out between the services, they will come out right away.

They are punctual, work with your schedule, and they are good. I found a few bugs but they are all dead.

They get the job done.

They're experts and they do well. The quality of their service is excellent.

I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

They will come out if you need them in between services for free of charge if there is an issue. They are reliable, and they get the job done.

We’ve never had any trouble with them. When it’s getting close to that time I call to remind them. They are good at what they do.

They have been very good. They do other services. We have had them replace the doors for our crawl spaces. They did not do a good job with that. They will be returning soon to correct the issue.

I don’t like the fact that I have to stay on top of them to make sure they do what they are supposed to do. They are supposed to spray in and around my house; for me when they spray the inside the house I would like them to spray really close to my baseboard. When I am watching them my concern is that they would spray the floor.  My overall experience has been okay but they were reasonably priced. I would be using them again because I have not tried to find someone else; I am stuck with them. When I complain to them about something that I didn’t like the way the work did; they do send someone back to take care of the problem. They are really good with making sure that they are doing everything that they possibly can.

Servall does a competent job even though their technicans do change almost every time they visit. I have no complaint with them and do give them extra points for always reaching out to us to make the appointment as well as billing us as opposed to requiring up-front payment.

They were supposed to do the treatment on a yearly basis, but they messed up and did not get back. They misplaced the contract or something and wound up not coming back. They came last year after I went through all kinds of trouble to get them back over here. I will use them again only because I have a contract. I disliked the fact that they did not have their paperwork in order. They did give me a good deal on their price.

I am allergic to bee's and last May when I came home from my appointment I had a swirm of bee's at my house and they were honey bee's and what happened was I had 35,000 bee's that had made a nest. They had came through my heater on the side of my house and they were forming a nest inside the wall of my garage. Servall came out this guy for no charge and I called he was at my house in 30 minutes came out and told me they were honey bee's. Well you can not kill honey bee's in the state of Tennessee and he was concerned about me because I am allergic to bee's so he gave me a number for bee keeper. I had to call a bee keeper and a bee keeper to come out and he gave me the number to bee keeper, called the bee keeper, and had the bee keeper get my phone number and the bee keeper had to come out and get the bee's out of my wall and I had 35,000 bee's inside my wall and their honey bee's and they are endangered and protected in Tennessee because there is a honey shortage in the United States and it is against the law to kill honey bee's. He came out at no charge and stayed with me until the guy called me back and then he followed up with me to make sure I was okay because there was a lot of bee's in my wall and you could hear them in my wall and my whole wall was vibrating something like a scary movie. I have had very good experience with them and they are top notch.

I’m not sure how much the price was because my husband dealt with it.  They did a good job.  They were thorough and they did let us know what was going on.  I will use their services again in the future.

I am on a service contract with them and they come quarterly. The experience has been good and they are reliable. We have had several different technicians come on recent visits so it is hard to pin down but their results are good. I will use them again in the future.

He did a good job.  We don't have any complaints against him whatsoever.

Their service was ok.  I was disappointed that we had to have them back out to fix their work. 

I pay them each time they come out. It used to be $35 and it went up to $40 this year. They always do a really good job. The lady that comes to our house even wears booties when she is inside because we have wood floors. She is always really quiet because she knows we have a baby and she deals with my dogs. They are always on time and sometimes even early, which I really appreciate.
