It was such a pleasure buying our Pre-Owned Subaru Outback from Jenkins and Wynne. Last month I stopped in to look at VW Passat TDI SE that they were selling and met our sales lady Jessica and her manager Rob. They were very nice and courteous. The thing
is at that point, I really had not considered buying another car. I just stopped to look at the Passat. I did not feel pressured, nor did I feel on edge talking with them as I so often feel when I talk to car sales people. Jessica gave me her card and after my experience I decided to come back later. A month later I drove by and saw that they still have the VW. My wife and I love our TDI?s that we?ve had and was very interested in their TDI they had for sale. So I stopped again. I went in and Jessica was there again with a beaming smile and warm personality. As I talked with them, I was preparing for a test drive for the Passat and a saw a Pre-Owned Subaru Outback. I liked it at first sight. Jessica with her intuition saw that I liked it and got the keys to show me the SUV. Thinking it would be out of my price range I kind of disregarded the thought but she still offered to allow me to test drive it. As I drove it I began to like it more and more. Jessica was very informative and very knowledgeable of her cars. I was very impressed in her capabilities. As they appraised my 2014 Honda Civic, Rob, her used car manager came back with a very reasonable trade for either the Passat or Outback. Once we agreed to proceed to buy the Outback in comes J.J. who is the finance manger. J.J. was very warm and friendly who wanted to also find the right fit for our finance. She worked tirelessly to get the very best rate and the best bank to finance. As we closed the deal, she was very thorough making sure every detail was understood. She had all the paper work ready when we came to sign. Both Jessica and J.J. and all the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They made us feel that we were the most important customer. Our over all experience is excellent. Deborah and I would happily buy from Jenkins and Wynne again. The service reps are friendly and very professional. I was checked-in quickly and waited in the waiting area - stocked with food, coffee and drinks. I watched TV for about 45 mins, and my vehicle was done. I go here regularly, and I'm always happy with the service.

I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV and liked it really well it only had 18,000 miles on it but I wanted a 2014 so I traded it in and got the color I wanted of a 2014. I had to wait a few days for them to get the color I wanted but they got it and it is beautiful. They give great service and try to please their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They will treat you right.

The prices are reasonable. They are the people we know. It was fast and easy. We normally make a phone call to let them know which one we want and they have it done very quick.

I arrived on time for my appointment at 9 AM and told them that I would wait for my truck. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, around noon, I went to check on the progress, only to find out that everyone was on a lunch break. I called my wife to come get me so that I could get some lunch too. A minute after I was driving away with my wife, I received a call that my truck was ready. I cannot understand why, if there was 10 - 15 minutes left of work, everyone would leave for lunch while I was waiting. A professional would have finished the job before taking a lunch break. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.

I use Jenkin's and Wynn regularly for regular maintenance and oil changes and I have never had a problem with my Accord. They have a nice waiting area, very polite and professional representatives, and my overall experience with them is good.

They were not good. They are a dealership. The last time I used them, I spent $175 on the job. I had an engine diagnostic done by them and oil change done by them. The diagnostic, I felt, was excessively overpriced, given that they came back with the same information that another place had given me for free. They had done a safety inspection, which was also supposed to be free. However, it was a lure to get me to buy repairs. They misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car. They wanted $800 to get it fixed. They told me that I needed to get the outer tie rod ends replaced because that was what was causing the noise when I turned the steering wheel. So, I paid for the services rendered and went in for a second opinion. I was going to buy the parts myself. I took it to my mechanic. While they were rotating my tires, I asked them about the same grinding noise. They actually called me before they ordered the parts and asked me as to why I needed the outer tie rod ends replaced. I told them that my dealership had told me that the ends were bad. This company told me that there was nothing wrong with the outer tie rod ends. I will never use them again in the future.

I have been there on several occasions. I would not recommend anyone to use their service. When I had a split in my transfer case, they attempted to repair it with JB Welled (basically glue). I had to keep calling because they were not following up with me on the status of my vehicle like they promised. I try to make it clear to them that I was pressed for time since I did not have transportation, and they gave me a time line that I could expect it to be done. When I called to check if my vehicle was ready that say it was not and gave me a later time frame, as tp when I could expect it to be ready. Again it was not ready and 2-3 days later I am stuck w/o a vehicle. I told them I would come p/u my vehicle, thier srvcs were no longer needed, I was charged $110 for a glue job. I later went to the store to purchase the product which cost me under $8 bucks and I did it myself. Another time I had bought my vehicle their for srvcs they refused to give me an update on srvcs needed to be performed on my car as requested. When I asked if they could at least give me a time line I was told no they will call me as soon as it was done. This shop lacks customer service.
