Very professional during the whole experience.

Shannon was extremely responsive and quickly developed a plan to remove some trees and shrubs. Her team was quick, efficient and thorough with their work. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly what I wanted.

I thought having trees removed was big money business and don't often like using services for something that I feel I'm capable of handling. I had Shannon come out and do a quote mainly because I was curious as to how much money I would save doing it myself. To the lazy side of me's surprise, it wasn't terribly expensive and what would have taken me two weekends to achieve they did in probably a couple hours. Given the right equipment it took them no time at all and ultimately looks better than it would have had I done it myself. They cleaned up everything behind them, flattened out the ground where the trees were. The crew was fantastic. I can't say enough good things. No real negatives to speak of and made it almost enjoyable to spend the bit of money I did to have them remove said trees.
