Overall it took a long time because of my job being so huge. I had an engine overheating in my Pontiac. They replaced the water pump a year ago, I deployed and came back knowing it was still overheating. I took it back and now I''m getting a new engine put in. Not happy about any of it, but they are doing what I believe they can. The only problem I have is that I wish they had just done what needed to be done to begin with, instead of putting a water pump on an engine that probably needed to be replaced anyway. Money is less of an issue after a deployment, though. I basically had to get in line behind another car getting the same thing done. It's a small shop, so if you don't mind the wait, I'd reccommend any kind of work done here. They passed, I'd get work done here again, but I'm sitting at home when I could be out driving around.
