Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Clarksville TN

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. All I needed was new fixtures installed for my shower to include the valve, after almost 6 hours and over $400, all the plumber did was install the valve leaving the plaster ground off, so all my fixtures where loose and I had a ½ gap between the knob faceplate and the shower wall. Called the company and they told me they would have someone back after memorial day weekend. The new crew did install all the fixtures but know my tub faucet moves when I pull on the diverter, the technician tells me that is ok, but I have my doubts. Should have done the job myself, I am no Plumber, but I could have done a much better job. I do have pictures of the crappy work. If I could rate them as 0, I would.

Good company, friendly and nice workers. Make you wait half a day before they show up, no specific time (with 2 hours). Said they were going to install all appliances (4) and only did 3. Had to wait for next day and then they were only going to measure for the electric install, I told them I was disappointed and they finally installed it, left around 5:30 at night. Late!

We had a bad experience with Benjamin Franklin. We had a leaking facet in the laundry room and decided to change out the washer facets. The company send out a very inexperienced but a great salesman Plumber. Instead of just changing the facet heads, he talked us into changing out the whole washer box and putting shut off in the garage, it sounded real great at the time, but was totally unnecessary. After the inexperienced plumber damaged our walls, left the repairs leaking. When I called him and told him that the repair was leaking he said that he would put us on the schedule, well a few days later finally we get the Manager to come out with a better plumber to fix the leaking pipe. After the new lines were ran and the washer box finally installed the right way for the most part, come to find out after the Manager left, one of the pipes was still leaking. well all in all the good plumber finally got all the leaks repaired and our wall repaired. Beware of high priced simple repairs from this company. Better to use a small company plumber than a major company. I will not hire them again.

Justin was VERY straight-forward and honest. Due to scheduling issues and previous calls to other customers, he arrived outside of the scheduled 3PM to 5PM time. This company allots $5 per MINUTE free service for every minute past the end-time so I received an immediate $300 credit toward repairs he might make. My issue required a "snake-cam" to check all plumbing/septic lines which is not carried on ALL company trucks and I will wait on this project as the problem is related to slow drainage and can be resolved with DrainX or with BioBen. As I said, and to emphasize the point, Justin was VERY straight-forward and honest !! I I need plumbing services again, I WILL call these guys back !

I can only say that you guys made my day when my water problem was first properly identified, evaluated and a course of action was presented which ultimately solved the issue by your team on the first try. Again thanks and I assure you that you are my go to guys from here on out.

He didn't fix the problem/ couldn't,probably made it worse. I had to hire another Plummer service to fix the leaking faucet.

Be prepared for the trip charge plus whatever' you have done. It was initially explained to me that it was a diagnostic fee that would be applied toward the work if I had them complete the repair. Not exactly how it works with them.

They were extremely polite and honest about the work that I need to have completed.

Plumber was polite and professional. Job was completed on time and dead on budget. Connected and tested the range, good to go. Under a week from first call to install- not bad the week before a holiday. Other than the new piping you can't tell work was done in the basement. Will call for a quote in the future.
