No problems since repair about four months ago.

My experience with Gand L was largely positive. I have some qualms relating to my own circumstances which precluded my exercising optimal due diligence. I live in Chattanooga, TN and my ailing, ageing mom lives in Atlanta, GA and was having difficulties requiring me to commute back an forth frequently and on short notice. When the intake manifold issue manifested, I researched shops online and went to these guys based on local reviews. Unfortunately, there was not much on Angie's List. I took it to them and got a definitive diagnosis, also after researching the problem online. Their diagnosis and plan was consistent with what I had read and after receiving a quote I authorized the repairs as I wanted the car available and reliable as soon as possible. Usually I like to take multiple quotes. Later, when I had time, I ran the information through a couple of online repair estimators that were based on my specific auto and zip code and they suggest that the aggregate repair bill was 4%-11% higher than it should have been. On the other hand, I am not sure how reliable the online estimators are so will wait for further experience to comment further. I also gigged them slightly on professionalism because the receipt lacked useful information such a an odometer reading and VIN which I appreciate in case there are subsequent issues. This time have been distracted with my mom and have lost track of when my service is due and the odometer reading would have been helpful. I would definitely take a bid from these guys in future and would trust my vehicle to them again.
