I hired Complete Remodeling Services to install some cabinets for me. Only a couple of the cabinets were able to be installed as replacements had to be ordered due to a height discrepancy. Nevertheless, full payment for the entire job was made in conjunction with an agreed date for when the remaining cabinets would be installed. However, after receiving payment Robert the owner REPEATEDLY pushed out the day in which the work would be completed after I confirmed the cabinets had arrived. While the replacements did require assembly which understandably took time some additional time, following the actual assembly, I confirmed with him the date they would actually be installed, only to find out that they were not, not from him but from another contractor whose workflow was disrupted because of this. He claims he went over there several times, which is nothing short of a lie as other workers who have been on the site working consistently have reported seeing his crew there only once. This is undoubtedly and irrefutably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that actually cares about the work that is to be completed following your issuance of a check. Or better yet a company that possesses the ability to communicate at a level higher than a high schooler

Was never on time always was an excuse, sometimes never showed up at all, and was not told they would not be coming on days that they were supposed to be there, I would always have to call to see if they were coming on some days. No communication skills was not completed when told it would be done for a small bathroom. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Robert is so professional and so are the others working for him. They tore out my old shower and made me a "dream" shower. They have been wonderful to work with.

I love my new deck/patio and it's built to last. The Project Manager was easy to work with, knowledgeable and had great ideas and worked within my budget. I'll definitely call this company back to do more projects in the future.

This company is a hidden gem !!! I wanted a 3 season enclosed porch built, and their craftsmanship, knowledge and expertise, went beyond my expectations! The finished project is AWESOME to say the least. Robert the Contractor, systematically had crews lined up after each section was completed. His carpenters did a fantastic job, worked very hard, as well as the electricians, vinyl siding/soffitt men, roofers, dry wall man, painters, flooring guys, and gutter people, to give me an end result of a beautiful porch, that I will enjoys for many yrs to come! I want to thank the cleanup crew who sometimes goes unnoticed, however, they did a super job picking up all the debris at the end. If you are considering building an enclosed porch, please don't hesitate to call this company, i am without a doubt, that you will not be disappointed!

Robert was very punctual, and we developed a very good relationship. This is the third deck I have either built (the first one) or hired someone and the deck Robert and his team built was 10 times better! From the metal supports on the concrete to the reinforcement that he put on for my wife's hot tub was all first class. To use anyone else would be a mistake.

if you are looking for an outstanding contractor look no further Robert build a screen room on my deck that was absolutely perfect. He knew just what i wanted used top grade material and carried through whatever suggestions I had to the letter. His crew did a fantastic job worked long hours and were very professional. I am more then pleased with the end result and recommend Robert highly without any reservation.
