It was a pretty good experience.  Their customer service and the quality of the installation were both good. Everything was completed within the projected time frame. We are satisfied with the work that they did.

Once the materials came in, they completed the work in about two to three days. They cleaned up well after the job was complete and there were no problems. My experience with them was great!

Jerry and his crew were awesome. They were very friendly and very professional. We are extremely pleased. Steve is a wonderful salesman. He gave us great info and has been a joy to work with. Everyone at Champion Chattanooga - from the receptionist to sales, to measure, to install. We could not be happier.

The installation crew came on time, and were very thorough and careful. The clean up was excellent.

The only negative during the experience was in the sales process where I felt we needed to check every number the sales person provided. I ultimately ended up finalizing the contract with the sales manager.

Great from start to finish.  Estimate, order, install.  Everything went perfect.

First let me say that the quality of the windows was first rate.  The team that installed them did good work.  BUT, the front office dropped the ball so many times it's hard to count.  The franchise owner did the measurements - wrong.  When the installers finally showed up after much begging and pleading and threatening we were left with a piece of MDF board covering 2 openings because the measurements were wrong.  I guess you can't fire the franchise owner for making a big mistake, though.  Again much begging and pleading, the order was "expedited".  Again, excuses.  They didn't have a truck going this way (we're near Atlanta on I-75).  Don't tell me that in 2 weeks time there wasn't a truck from Cincinnati to Atlanta!  Well, finally after over 2 months the windows were installed.  At the time, TVA was offering an energy rebate and we had the papers for Champion to sign.  They didn't.  Since the rebate had a 90 day deadline we got the inspector out anyway.  He called Champion and told them that he would fill the forms out and we hand delivered them to Champion.  Of course the only one who could sign was out (measuring windows wrong?), after a week they still weren't send out so, we went back down to the office where the receptionist looked it up on her computer.  The had been sent the previous day.  As of this time, (2 weeks after we hand delivered the forms) we still don't have our rebate.

Gene came out to the house to give us a bid.  Champion appears to have a quality product, but the bid price for the job was higher than other bids by a substantial amount, and I was not convinced their product was that much better.  Gene did not follow-up with me to see about my thoughts on how Champion fared vs. the competition, which I found a bit odd.  Maybe he noticed the sticker-shock on our faces and just decided his cause was lost. (smile...)

The quality of the windows and the installation was excellent.  The job was completed in 4 days. They wanted to put off the last day, but after we explained it was supposed to rain, they did come back and finish the job. 

It is a national company.  It is scheduled to start in a couple of weeks.  So far the experience has been very good.  They have arrived on time.  It was great getting the quote.  They were very professional and prompt.  They showed up when they said they were going to.  They told us in the beginning that it would be six to eight weeks for them to get to our work, so that was good to know.  They quoted us $15000.  We have nothing to compare it to, because we only got one quote and we think it is high but we would have to see how the work goes.

We had Champion Window of Chattanooga install  a couple new windows in our home. Very professional installers, they cleaned up after installation was completed. Gave us an detailed estimate before doing the work.

The experience was great. I have never had some one come into my house and do work and it go so well. They were all so nice and did such great work. And the windows look great and they arrived 30 tinnitus early.

From the time we ordered the windows (white on white) to the time they were installed was less than a month. The work was completed in a single day by 4 professional installers.
The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs replacement windows!

Crew was very professional and efficient. They did a great job.

The carpenters, would not heed my advice. Later, the manager, came to my home and disagreed with all my complaints, he had an excuse for every mistake they made and thought they did a great job, but he knew better. The quality of the door itself is an A. I will have to pay a local carpenter to totally "rebuild" the front step (a repair would not solve the problem).
