Perfectly. Champion had to reschedule, but arrived as arranged and then went above and beyond!

Service was very good. Problem was window was not properly caulked when installed. So far, problem seems to have been repaired.

I would highly recommend them. Their customer service was excellent. Everybody was super nice and we happy about them.

They were fabulous. They did one heck of a good job in a remote area on top of a mountain .  I have done business with them before and they are just a good company.

We needed a new front entry door.  It was original install from 30 year old home.  I was tempted to choose Lowes or Home depot, but wanted a higher quality level for security and curb appeal.
Therefore, the 2 choices I had were Pella or Champion.  The champion show room was open on Saturday.  Pella was not.  We chose Champion.
Strictly factual timeline.  You decide

Visits:
1. visit in show room.  excellent service and impressive quality products.  we agreed to use Champion and selected a door
2. salesman comes to house to rough measure door and collect deposit.
3. tech comes to house to measure more precisely (normal process)
4. day of install takes 3-4 hours, asks for final inspection, and collects balance due.

Closer inspection:

1. Next day after further investigation several minor issues:
2. -bottom of exterior door handle not attached to door
3. -door dented where handle should be attached
4. -silicone sealer used on cedar house
5. -short screws installed on deadbolt door jam (no possible way reaching steel security plate
6. -stamping on door above glass defective graining in metal
7. -threshold not finished

-rounded screws head due to drill gun usage

Visits continue:
5. different tech returned to house to inspect door install status at request of owner.  Complete door ordered
6. New door unit arrive and tech came to house to install
7. tech returned next day for final detail points.
End inspection:
All major failure points from first install addressed.
Door is functional as expected

Final Thoughts:
Champion offers high quality products at a premium price.  They are a national company who who will continue to offer quality products and honor their warranty. 

All issues were a result of the first tech failing to install the door correctly. 
Champion made every effort to make right on their product and service. 

Yes, I would consider them for future business, but would definitely get other quotes as well.

They were more expensive than another company, but the presentation was impressive. The work was perfect and I can't see any differences between the undamaged section and the repaired section.

The Champion people worked very hard to design an 800 sq ft deck to an enclosed patio! The finish result is magnificent. The Champion team worked tirelessly. They worked to complete the job efficiently and did everything & more required.

Met Rick (local sales manager) at the Ho Ho Expo and set up an appointment for him to come by to look at the job and provide an estimate - this was to be on Monday.  I get a call earlier in the day saying Rick can't make it, can someone else come?  I tell them yes.  The second guy (can't remember his name) comes over and spends most of the time telling me about their glassed-in options - though HE DIDN'T WANT TO PUSH THEM - just wanted me to be informed - yeah right!  I was finally ablle to tell him what I wanted and he took some dimensions and said he would get back to me.  He then suggested I come to their show room to see models of their work.  I agreed to come by the next Saturday - then he said for me to call the day before to make sure he would be there.  Really????  He can't commit to an appointment???
Anyway, my wife and I met him at the showroom on Saturday and he showed us some of their stuff, but much of it wasn't completed - some show room!!  The guy couldn't even answer a lot of my questions on how the stuff was put together.  Then he didn't have the estimate completed and had to leave us to finish it.  Then he comes back with some numbers written on a contract with no details,  He proceeds to explain that the numbers did't include all the work I wanted because he wasn't sure what some of it would cost and the guy he needed to get info from wasn't in that day.  Again REALLY - he couldn't get it together in a week????
I will say he was a fairly nice guy, just didn't know his stuff or have it all together.  On top of that, his cost was almost three times my lowest estimate and was even 50% higher than HullCo!!  His only sales pitch was that Champion makes their own supplies so they could stand behind them.  To me, making your own supplies means you don't have to pay middle men, so your cost should be less, or at least, competitive.
Needless to say, we didn't choose to use them.

Everything went as planned. Even though it was toward the end of November that all the orders were placed, I was told the room would be completed before Christmas. And it was! The two installers, Jeff and Darryl were amazing. They were always on time, very professional and extremely courteous. They left no stone unturned, always cleaned up before they left and returned after the installation to make sure even the small things were completed to my satisfaction. The electrician and carpet installer were also on time, courteous and went straight to getting their parts done in record time.
The quality of my room is unsurpassed. The windows and doors glide with one touch of a finger. The glass is amazing and the "room" is so warm! I have to say something about Cathy, Jennifer, Rick and Rick, They are amazing and run such a wonderful business. Cathy is a true angel, so kind and wants to make sure all her customers are happy. She, like all at Champion, goes that extra mile. My salesman Rick, answered all of my questions and helped me with financing that went above and beyond the call of duty. Rick (project manager) was helpful and followed up to make sure everything was going well.
I can't say enough about Champion.It was a great experience from the very beginning to the very end. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and family. When everyone sees my sunroom, I know everyone is going to want to have one too.

Excellent experience from sales rep to installer! All went well & we are very pleased! Our second excellent experience with Champion Windows!

My service with Champion couldn't have been better.  All their employees I dealt with were great.   Their windows are expensive, but my utility bill has been cut dramatically since I got the new windows.

I bought 7 of their best windows. Energy saving they said. Will cool your house. Will save you money, they said. The salesman said that we had 80% heat coming through our old windows and that these champion windows have only 9%. He said cool will stay in and heat will stay out! Well that's a bunch of crap!!! Our house is NOT cooler. Our electric bill has NOT gone down. As a matter of fact, our house was 76 degrees today and our air conditioner DOES work!!!! I feel cheated and lied to. We have not gotten arefund check from EPB.
