Catering Service
Rebecca and Toya arrived 1.5 hrs. before the party. Toya, the bartender, asked me to show her what glasses I wanted to use, and if I wanted them on the table I had prepared for her to serve the drinks. Rebecca asked me to show her what platters and dishes I wanted her to use. They arranged plates and silverware very nicely for me on the dining room table. I had never catered a party before, so they made very helpful suggestions, and I said "Yes"to every one of their suggestions. They were both cheerful, smiled when serving. Very professional! They put all the leftover foods in containers and put them back in the fridge. They washed every dish! My kitchen was so clean when they finished.
I will use Black Tie Affair in a heartbeat. Their service afforded me the opportunity to enjoy my own party as if I were a guest!

They were on time (actually early!) dressed in ruffled shirt and black pants and both had great attitudes and were very professional. These people rock!
