During the bid proposal Bill explained how he had a unique process for cleaning roof and siding moss off of my house as well. I have tried everything to get rid of it so I gave it a try. The moss is already dead, and the storm we had last night has cleaned the majority of it off already. Aside from that bonus they also painted my living room, a few closets, and the soffets, gutters, downspouts and a few misc things on the exterior of my home. I had issues with unlicensed painters in the past that got paint all over my bricks and ruined my landscaping, so I wanted to hire a real professional. I found their web site and was extremely impressed so I hired them. Their higher pricing worried me at first, but in the end I am glad that I gave them a shot. It is worth it to spend a little extra money than to worry about spending all of your nights and weekends wire brushing your brick!!!
