The thing's that I needed to purchase they did not carry. The windows I got were to small. I needed a car and they were trying to sell a used one that had been wrecked. They kept saying they did not carry what I wanted and I paid a huge sign up fee to take part of their service.

I placed orders, paid for everything in full and waited for arrival. The first problem was a furniture order was incorrect, no resolution. Next the furniture delivered was incomplete, delivery damaged floors, no resolution.
Next fixtures are not holding up, glue coming undone so the shades are not staying on. No resolution.
No calls from the company after phone calls, emails and pictures sent the the company.Furniture ordered incorrectly and nothing done, I was stuck with the wrong product.Fixtures that did not last one week and I was told today I had to deal with it. Pictures were sent showing the wrong size of shade and the glue coming off. When delivery took place the guy scratched our brand new floors. The furniture was to be set up and when I arrived the furniture was still in boxes. I took pictures and sent it to the company, no response.
So to recap, orders were wrong, fixtures did not last a week, furniture orders were short, damage during delivery and no response from Direct Buy.
I used to be the biggest fan, no so much now.
