They did quality work.  They kept me well informed and how the process was going.  It was returned by email.  It was typical Costco Class A service.  They are rated top in consumer’s report.

Costco sent someone to give us an estimate. They scheduled the paint dates. The painters filled in nail holes and sanded before painting. The painters were punctual and professional. The painting was done with care and looks great.

People were very nice to work with, but not efficient. My drapes were wrinkled when installed and dragged on the floor. I had to have them back to fix the problems. Also, it took longer than in should have between the date I ordered the items and they were installed, because Costco was without an installer for a period of time. There were also mistakes made in my order which were corrected in the end, but took multiple tries to get right. For example, the finials that the decorator ordered were not the same color as the rod and had to be returned for credit.
