CertaPro Painters® of Nashville

The only problem I had with them was a problem with the paint color and I did not like the paint color we ended up with, and that was just a communication problem; I think it was a bit of a language thing with the paint color but it was already purchased and I couldn’t change that.  It was not really resolved to my satisfaction but I like the paint color now.  The workmanship was excellent.  The workers were excellent; they were very friendly and very courteous.  They knew what they were doing.  I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They seemed to be very professional.  They went through in detail as to what needed carpentry work and what needed painting.  They gave us an estimate but we decided not to go with them. We had called them back later after the estimate lapsed and he said he would honor it if we wanted it but when we did a comparison with others we decided to go with another. We broke up the work and gave the carpentry work to the carpenters and painting work to painters.  The estimate was done previously but we did get back to him a couple of weeks ago. He was very thorough and his prices seemed very reasonable except for the carpentry work. The carpenters we hired, we were pleased with and we were happy separating the work from his crew who did carpentry work.  We were more comfortable with them if we decided to do the painting. We separated the two out. Certapro came right out and gave me a detailed description of what they would do. I didn't have any complaints with them at all. He was really great and thorough. He was detailed and I was very pleased with him. The price for the painting was okay but the price for the carpentry work was a little higher than I thought. When I called the carpenters out their work was better than his. He was thorough and he was recommended. He also told us that when he started something and if on the way there was anything extra then he would have to charge us for it and I thought he was very open about it. In case they were future problems he was open about it and they were future problems. I liked him, he was friendly, nice, good, and thorough and he called back when he received the quote and he was not upset when we didn't take it. 

CertaPro scheduled an in-home estimate very quickly. They showed up on time, or maybe even a few minutes early. They called ahead so I new when to expect them. Mike gave a very thorough inspection of the work to be done and then provided a detailed quote while on-site. He also gave me a detailed description of what to expect if I hired them. Once I hired them, they put me on the schedule and gave me an estimate of when the work would be completed. The project manager called to setup the actual work a couple of days in advance. It was in the general time frame they had estimated originally. Jose and Alex showed up and went right to work. They were very professional and polite. Everything was left neat and orderly every night. They performed exterior wood repair and painting. They also painted an interior room and ceiling and repaired some tape joints. The work was not finished on a Friday - so they showed up and spent almost all day on a Saturday completing the work. These guys worked extremely hard! We love the work they did and would not hesitate to use CertaPro again. They weren't the cheapest option but they did a wonderful job. Many times, you get what you pay for. I feel the investment I made in CertaPro was definitely worth it.

The quote was $400 lower than all others we got. It was our first experience using Certapro, and we were very happy. They used the products we wanted (Sherwin Williams paint). The job was finished in 2 days as promised. The painter was very pleasant and professional. The only downside with Certapro is to get started you call a main corporate number and then wait for the local office to call you back, but we will definitely use them again!

We had a positive experience working with Certa Pro. The job was done quickly and to our satisfaction and the workers left no mess behind.

Certa Pro Painters did not use their best effort. They were very messy, too. I even had to have them come back to fix things. I am not very happy with their work.

Certa Pro Painters was great. They came early every morning and worked steady. The color is an off white and looks wonderful. These guys cleaned up all their tools and left our yard neat after they were finished.

I thought the front office and the supervisors were great. The crew was a little sloppy. They did slip paint, so the clean up was difficult.
