Cool Springs Automotive is not actually located in Cool Springs...actually on Church Street in Brentwood. While they are Lexus and Toyota experts, they also specialize in other import brand vehicles such as Acura, Honda, Infiniti, Nissan, Scion, and Hyundai.
They are very trustworthy - if a maintenance/repair can wait until the next oil change, they will inform me if it can wait. Cool Springs Automotive seems to understand that quality and honest service results in returning customers, and they will eventually get the work...so may as well be honest if something can wait a little while longer. I value this attribute.
I have even received a follow-up telephone call following a maintenance repair, to make sure that the problems I was previously experiencing had been resolved with the repair they performed. High quality customer service.
I have been a customer of theirs for several years, and will continue to do so.
