It was great!We didn't have to pay anything because the owner told us how to trap the chipmunks. We will call him first for any future needs and HIGHLY recommend him to all. His character and ethics speak volumes.

Wildlife Solvers helped me out last year and told me to give them a call if anything needed follow up.  Over the past few weeks we had been hearing something on the roof and noticed an area of the roof where shingles were displaced and underneath, a hole was being chewed in the soffit.  I patched it 3 different times but each time, something [raccoon?] came back and made it worse.  I gave the guys a call on Monday morning and they were there by the afternoon to check things out.  After they verified that whatever it was was no longer in the house, they proceeded to patch the roof and, best of all, didn't charge me a dime as they were holding true to their prior promise to follow up.  A++++

Chuck provided very thorough review of what we were dealing with.  Turned out to be "roof rats"!  
Problem was diagnosed to be due to easy entry to our attic space through gaps between our roof line and gutter areas. 
We agreed on price and work began 3 days later and took 2 days to complete.  Solution was to install a metal flashing in the area beneath the shingles and seal other holes.  Once that was complete, traps were set to catch any remaining animals still inside the attic. 
It's been a few weeks now and not a single sound of little feet scurrying across our ceilings.  Part of the fee includes a 1 year warranty against re-entry. 

the challenge for a business is when there is a problem with the work they performed. i can tell you that there were some problems with what they did & i realized it a few days after they had done the work. i called the owner of wildlife solvers & told him my concerns. he was at my house 30 minutes later. the next day they were there to correct the problems. this is the best test of a business & i don't know how i could of asked for anymore. anyone who needs this service, based on my results, should feel comfortable calling Wildlife Solvers.
