They don?t seem to ever deliver on time or accurately. I have called them before to speak to them about this they never call you back or you do not speak with the same person twice. I had requested to change from 5 gallon bottles to 3 gallon bottles and now they will not give me the deposit back for the 5 gallon bottles that they already took back! They have now locked me out of my account online. The only nice representative I have spoken with was Sergio who really tried to help. He stated to me on June 30th that my account was up to date and paid for. Since July 20th, they are now charging me $250.00 for I don?t even know what. I know how much water we typically use and it is not $250.00 worth. They stated that they credited me for 5-3 gallon bottles and that they didn?t charge for the deposit. I still haven?t seen this credit on my account. There a few other bottles that they took back that they are refusing to give back the deposit. These charges are so confusing and since I am unable to view my online account online I cannot make sense of them.
