"Good afternoon [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company here on Angie's List, however, this "F" rating comes as quite a surprise. After speaking on February 9, I was under the impression that the miscommunications were cleared up, which is also why you removed your negative Yelp review. Our Angie's List rating and reviews are hugely important to us and I am disappointed that after we resolved the situation, you chose to leave a negative review here more than two weeks later. To clarify, after booking your initial appointment for February 10, then needing to reschedule to an earlier date, February 7, due to your husband being able to be home earlier than planned from a personal engagement, we were able to accommodate. We sent an email confirmation after booking the initial appointment and a second one for the rescheduled appointment. Unfortunately it rained that day and our Estimator was not able to go on the roof for inspections. We apologize immensely for this inconvenience and would still love the opportunity to provide you with an estimate for your roofing project. I was very pleased with them and they were very conscientious, the only thing I had problems with was they said they would have 2 people and most of the time I only had one so it took longer. The roof is close to 3000 square feet.
They weren't as cheap as some others, they were probably in the middle on the price. But cheap is not necessarily the best.
They did very, very good. I watched everything they did. They put very good underlayment on it. They used a sort of like a plastic and felt underlayment.
Always here on time.
I am very satisfied and will use Noble Roofing & Exteriors Inc. again, they have a local office here in San Diego. Thanks you guys for the great job!
Update: 18 months after the roof was completed, I still don't have my warranty or my rebate of $250. I would really appreciate it if someone would contact me, as I have reached out to them numerous times and they haven't come through for me. I've been having issues getting them to communicate clearly.
After closing, the crew from Noble Roofing came out and made the repairs. The area around the house did not have any litter or debris. The final invoice was a little less that the original estimate
Hard working guys did roof work.
I did manage to crawl around on the roof as much as my fear would allow. I looked silly but I visually saw for myself some of the work JP's workers did and flashings they placed. I didn't break any tile barefooted on all fours.:)
