My problem was with the company itself. We had no ac during the hottest week of the year and got the impression that because we were a warranty repair instead of a cash repair, we had to wait over a week until we could be penciled in for an appointment. Once the ac problem was diagnosed, we were told that since we're a warranty repair, they had to order the motor instead of using one they had in the shop. I felt that the available motors were reserved for "paying" customers.
Whether this is true or not, I can't be sure. All I know is that it's the impression i was given and i don't like to hire businesses that make me feel like a less than important client. We certainly won't be a paying customer of theirs again.

Unfortunately due to the high amount of service requests on such a hot day, the technicians may be unavailable to offer free advice. Certainly if a customer needed our technician to come to repair their system, we are happy to trouble-shoot and repair the unit. At Frisbees we value our customers and their satisfaction, so I apologize that you were unsatisfied with the service you received.
